10 out 10! I can walk in and not know exactly what I want, Matt makes a few suggestions and boom! I’m in love with my hair!

UPDATE: Grace Bell is now at a place called Fringed Benefit. I still go to her for all my hair cuts and colors. She is still great at what she does. Went to Grace Bell for my first "salon" color. Been using box forever. She took her time during consultation to make sure I got the color I wanted. Was totally amazed. My hair looked so natural not colored at all. Beautiful. Highly recommend. And her haircuts are on point too!!!!

This website better be lucky I can’t post any pictures. Had my hair extensions in for 8 days and they fell out and the girl did not compensate me for the entire thing. Only gave me $100 back!! After 3 days of having them I had to go back in the salon for her to fix them them 5 days later they fell out completely. When I messaged her about it on Instagram she was just reading my messages and not responding. The made it out to seem like it was MY fault. Worst experience ever. I had to turn around and pay a whole new stylist to put them in. The quality of the hair that was installed in my head was really poor quality compared to the wefts my current stylist uses. I do not recommend this place..

Excellent service. I see Fi at Matt Holder's Hairdressing. She's an artist and I always love my hair after our appointments.

I haven’t been to the salon yet, but I would like to go ahead and give this place a 5 star rating on the customer/client onboarding experience! They have several options to book appointments, ask questions, etc. other than just calling. I was able to book an appt after hours without any phone call the next day. Considering I would have to call tomorrow during my very short lunch break, I am very thankful.
