May is a very patient hairstylist and she takes her time to trim your hair to satisfy your needs. I have my haircut with her for 10 years now, very satisfied her service. She is an elderly lady, so please communicate with her patiently if you have your first haircut with her.

I got a haircut and she's telling me without an appointment. However it felt like she wanted me out of there real quick. I went there to get my split ends removed and with the way she was a dry brushing my hair it felt like she created more split ends and then removing them.

Came to fix my hair from a bad cut. The ladies don’t speak english very well. I asked for a specific style and showed many pictures. She proceeded to thin out and make a lot of layers (which I specifically did not want) but she kept saying I needed it as my hair was thick. At the end she tried to justify the layers constantly by saying my hair was one length before. My hair got 2 inches shorter as well which I had asked to keep long. If you decide to go keep communication what you want with the ladies as you don’t know how it will end up. Location is hole in the wall location, don’t expect any fancy equipment or procedures.

I have been going to May for haircuts for 20+ years now and I’m always happy with how they turn out (even my hair for prom)! The service is amazing as she asks how I like my hair and makes any adjustments as we go.
