This was my first time getting my hair done by Ashley and she was AMAZING! She has the sweetest personality, and made me feel so comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. She was able to give me exactly what I wanted, and even gave me some tips on styling and how to take better care of my hair. 10/10 recommend Ashley if you plan on coming to Mayra's!!

It was my first time dying my hair! I was pretty nervous at first, but Ashley educated me on the different color styles. She helped me out so much in deciding what color and style would suit me best! The staff is super friendly and professional! (:

I got my hair cut recently and it was a disaster. I showed her pictures of what I wanted done.. My hair literally looks like a birds nest! She cut my hair way too short and I’m in tears writing this. Not only did they mess up my hair but they wouldn’t give me a full refund. They didn’t try to fix it or anything! It’s so unprofessional of them! This is MY HAIR and it won’t grow back tomorrow. I’m very frustrated and upset this is very unacceptable and I will never do business with them again!

The salon is very cute and the person who assisted me when I arrived was nice and welcoming. HOWEVER, there are people working there who DO NOT KNOW how to cut hair. The girl who cut my hair had to ask the lady if she was doing it right. They could’ve asked me FIRST if it was okay for an unskilled person to cut my hair. But the cutting had already been done when I realized who was cutting my hair.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT GO HERE. They DO NOT KNOW how to cut hair.
