I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent service. I have been a loyal client for years and have always left happy, but this experience was very different. The stylist who did my hair cut it very unevenly, leaving multiple sections noticeably shorter than others. The overall result looks unprofessional and poorly executed, and my hair is now in a condition where it cannot be styled properly. This service did not meet the standard I have consistently received here in the past, especially considering the amount I paid. Unfortunately, the outcome was so bad that I will need to take my hair out entirely. not to mention the photos I’m about to show this was 24 hours ago these are box braids. I am very disappointed and hope management takes this feedback seriously.😐

This was by far the best experience I have had getting my hair braided. My parts are so straight and neat.The owner was very nice and helpful. They had reasonable prices and they braid so fast. I was lucky to have Anna and another lady braid my hair. They were so nice. If you are looking for a friendly environment, fast service, and good quality braids. Go here. I will be back for sure.

The main beautician/ owner you speak with is very friendly and professional HOWEVER the person that will do your hair may not be capable of doing the style you want. So they did what they wanted to my head after several messages of what I wanted. They were friendly tho

Deeply regret coming to this place to get twists taken down and hair detangled. Charged $83 and change, after the most painful takedown ever followed by an attempt to *comb* my hair with the fine teeth of a TAIL COMB as a first pass when I pointed out that it had not been detangled. The owner yelled at me to SHUT MY MOUTH when I got up out of the chair to leave. That I could have told her to use a different comb. I said I should not have to teach them not to detangle with a tail comb. I still can’t believe that I was shouted at over their own shoddy service. I didn’t insult anyone, simply said I was in pain and my hair was being combed with a tail comb. Felt like I was back in the village where you just have to sit through whatever they feel like doing, just because the person doing your

I went on May 15th for knotless braids. The owner advised me that due to the texture of my hair, small/medium box braids would be best BEFORE she took my money. It was an amazing experience. I haven't had my hair braided in 10 years and it was a peaceful setting. Everyone was nice and the stylist I had was fast. She took 1 break (less than 5 minutes) and was back braiding. I will definitely have them remove the braids and go back in few weeks to re-do them. $200 hair included and a clean shop is beyond expectations!! I love them and have referred everyone I know. They got a new client coming based off my referral. They are definitely F. Dot Approved! IYKYK!!
