Very Nice people but they don’t know what they are doing, at least when it comes to blonding. We paid $350+ tip for my stepdaughter to have her hair done and it turned out absolutely hideous. You can’t see in the picture, but the hair it’s totally uneven , different tones and sizes of highlights. We’re going tomorrow to another place with the hope to try to save it, and spend another prob $500 My stepdaughter it’s super depressed and I am even more, for spending so much money for her bday and have it to be like this. They could have at least not charged us after this disaster

I would NEVER NEVER go here again. Please never get highlights, balayage services here. I left in tears because of how Mandy did my hair. All she seemed to hear was that I wanted my hair platinum which was an extra charge?????! I will upload photos of what I wanted and how it turned out. It cost $500 for what she did to me. I then asked for a refund she told me no. She then continued to say she could fix it with extra charge?! These are before and after this is what I told her. She then proceeds to tell me this is balayage with foils!?!?! Please never go here and save your money. It is a scam! I only found this place base on the reviews and pictures but please look at this comment and find a better salon to go too. Don't let her overcharge you and mess your hair up. Replying to the commen

I have been coming to this salon for a few years and love it. My hair is always done as requested and looks great. Prior to the service Ben and Mandy verify what is to be done and let me know the cost. There is usually a discount for repeat customers and the service is extremely friendly. They provide small snacks and a tv to watch during the service. The salon is clean and they always fit me in when asked. I cannot say enough good things about this salon.

Mandy is the best! She is very detailed when it comes to cutting my hair, which is hard to find. I love how she takes pictures and shows you what she will do to your hair before starting. They have also fostered a very welcoming environment, offering food and water while you get your hair done. Plus you have your own personal tv at your chair! I have never felt so welcomed and cared for at a hair salon.
