Don’t go to this place; I paid $70 for hair that I was told that it was human hair after a few days it started to nap up and I called and told them what had happened. I was told that my next hairstyle will be discounted. I had this said to me all in a text message for proof for the next time but when I called for my next hairstyle I was told she wasnt going to do a discount from the last style at all. Moving forward I will not be doing any of my needed braiding services with them. This is unbelievable; I sent her the text messages and everything and she still said she wasn’t going to give me a discount.

The atmosphere was really nice. Clean and comfortable! My only complaint is I was told my appointment was at 9am and when I got there I had to wait until 10am to get my hair braided. I loved my braids very neat and just how I wanted! The ladies are all sweet.

Was Told One Price Over The Phone Then When I Got There It Was A Totally Different Price…….Another Lady With An Appointment Walked In After Me And They Told Her A Different Price Then What She Was Previously Told Over The Phone As Well. So Basically The Prices Are Based On That Very Moment. I Wouldn’t Recommend Unless You Wanna Play Guess That Price.

Love my knotless braids only complaint I have is that when I called to check the price for medium knotless braids providing my own hair I was told one price and after I got my hair done and confirmed my total I was told a totally different price. It wasn’t worth going back and forth luckily I had enough cash so maybe record your phone call when inquiring about the price for styles here just in case they change the price after they’re finished. *4 WEEK UPDATE* DO NOT LET THE BRAIDERS HERE CUT/TRIM YOUR BRAIDS AFTER THEY ARE FINISHED THEY CUT MY REAL HAIR OUT LEAVING MY HAIR THINNED OUT AND RUINED AFTER JUST 4 WEEKS OF HAVING THEM IN. THERE IS NO REASON MY PERFECTLY HEALTHY HAIR SHOULD BE THIS DAMAGED AFTER 4 WEEKS. DO NOT GO TO THIS BRAIDING SHOP IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PROTECTIVE STYLE O

I love Mbene she's been braiding my hair for over 10yrs she's fast polite respectable and kind. The shop is beautiful very clean peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend. F.Y.I "YES!" She does care about your hair therefore you will not lose hair nor edges❤️❤️❤️
