MC Hair Braiding

I booked with MC Hair Braiding at the last minute and the owner was incredibly accommodating. From the moment I arrived, their customer service was amazing — warm, professional, and patient. The whole experience comfortable and stress-free. My hair came out beautiful and both braiders took their time to make sure everything was neat and exactly how I wanted it. And, they were extremely fast. My entire head (medium) was braided in 3-4 hours. I really appreciate MC Hair Braiding for fitting me in and going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be booking again!

If I could give zero stars, I would. From the beginning, the experience was disappointing. When I explained how I wanted my hair, I was met with attitude from the older stylists, who then began speaking in their own language—making comments that seemed to be about Americans, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The entire appointment took eight hours. I requested small boho braids, but although the parts were medium-sized, the braids themselves were small and lacked sufficient braiding hair. Instead, about 10 pieces of raw hair were added to each braid, making the front look bulky and overly full. To make matters worse, once the braids were done, the stylist drenched my natural hair in oil sheen, leaving it greasy, stiff, and heavy. I didn’t speak up at the time—I just wanted to le

When I say I am so excited about how my hair turned out this is actually and understatement. My hair was braided exactly how I wanted. The best part is Sandrine listened to me when I explained that I didn’t want my hair braided tight nor did I want the braids to be heavy. She made sure that she did not braid my edges. She was very professional and kind. My appointment was for 1pm and she started immediately when I walked in. My experience at this shop has always been top tier. Claire is so sweet and patient whenever I have a question about my hair or a style. I would recommend them 1000 times over.

Very nice and polite.....AND THE BEST FEEDIN/CORNROW BRAIDER IN HOUSTON, TX. and my cornrows are very neat!!!!! Please get your hair braided by Mrs. Lea...you wont regret it!

They took me in the same day and got me out within 5 1/2 hours.(small knotless braids) The work is phenomenal and the staff is super friendly. Thank you so much again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get their hair braided in the area!
