I cannot say enough about McKenzie and McKenzie Elizabeth Salon! McKenzie is so talented and creative; she listened carefully to my hair and color goals, suggested an approach and assured me that we would work together if any adjustments were necessary. I am in LOVE with my color and my cut! I had been with another salon for many years, so this change was a little scary for me but I could not be happier! Also, for busy people like me, she accommodates MY schedule! she is open flexible hours and is willing to work with you, she responds immediately to calls or texts. Love McKenzie!

I had the absolute best experience with Mackenzie. I do not know hair but I sat down and told her to just make it look good. She made it look great! Highly recommend her and looking forward to going back again!!

This is the most comfortable, friendly and attractive salon I have ever been to. McKenzie designed the salon herself and seems to have thought of everything. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee and water available as well as snacks. The bathroom has everything a person might need and more. The actual salon is thoughtfully designed with all hair implements in easy reach to the stylist. The best thing about the Mckenzie Elizabeth Salon is Mckenzie. She listens carefully to her customers. If I could give mckenzie a -1 rating we would. My wife spent over 250.00 on a highlight and cut and she messed up her hair. And when my wife was done she barely had highlights. It was so bad we are having to go to another salon to fix the mess. We are reporting her to new york state cosmetology board. We do not recommend this salon!!!

When I got married in 2020, I had booked another local salon to do my hair. That salon wasn't equipped for make-up so I booked my make-up with Mckenzie. Apparently, the salon that was supposed to do my hair "suggested" to me a month before the wedding that it would be better off to find a salon that did both hair and make-up - essentially telling me that wouldn't do my hair. Mckenzie didn't even miss a beat and arranged her schedule to do not only my hair and make-up, but also another bridesmaids hair and my mom's make-up! She even came to the venue that day, making my life so much easier - and everything turned out beautiful! I've been going to her ever since!
