MD3206 5th Ave Beauty Discount

I have been shopping at this store since I moved in this area about 5 years ago. On Sunday, I purchased lashes (clusters) and when I tried to use them, they were ripping off the cluster. This is the 2nd time it's happened and I let it go the first time but informed one of the sales clerk ( young black girl) the next time I was there...just as an FYI. This time, I returned an hour of purchasing to exchange it. The sales clerk( older black lady) told me they cannot do it, even before I explained. She said only the owner/boss can and informed me owner will be at the location from "open to close" on Monday. I said ok and returned on Monday, only to be told that owner/boss is not there and to return on Tuesday anytime after 2pm. Got there after 4pm on Tuesday (today) and I was told the same thi

Staff is rude and unprofessional. The girl at the front counter was on the phone when I asked for assistance. She didn't get off the phone and brushed me aside to continue her phone call.

Brought hair from them and they told me I could bring it back if, it was the wrong length even if, it was beyond 7 days. When I brought it back as, it was the wrong color and length they did not honor their word after I sent $85 in the store. Raggedy management, products are extremely over-priced, and will never patronize there ever again!!

I visited for the first time both Domer locations wig store and Beauty supply store. I live in Washington DC Spent roughly $80 + dollars I get home to discover that a product that I brought after opening the box was empty $10.99 loss admittedly called the store which is still open but no one answered the phone after several attempts. 😢 Advice check packaging before buying
