ME Beauty Spa Westwood

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Me Beauty in Redondo Beach, which has since closed, and its sister salon, Bear and Beautiful in West LA. In November 2024, I experienced a severe allergic reaction after receiving a facial treatment at Me Beauty. The reaction was immediate and painful, and I was unable to proceed with any of the remaining treatments in my prepaid package. I immediately attempted to contact management and have followed up consistently for over six months. I called the salon weekly, visited the redondo beach location three separate times, and was told each time to wait for a manager who never showed up. I finally received a call in December from a woman with a heavy Russian accent who said she would call me back. She never did. I continued to follow up—leaving

Just got my facial and it was amazing!!! I had a lot of treatments before, but this one was the best ! The stuff are amazing , the place is beautiful and relaxing, and I will be back now monthly. So excited, thank you !!

I went to the new Westwood location. I thought I would treat myself to a facial. The staff/ owner were very nice. I thought I asked for a hydra facial….what I received the the next week to follow the facial was swollen eyes, face, neck with hives. I was on Benadryl for a week straight. I’ve never had a reaction to a facial, til now. I’m not sure what was placed on my face and neck.

They just opened a location near my house ! Lucky me , the facial was beyond amazing. I have tried many places but this one is magical, the estheticians are great and my skin looks WOW !! Coming back monthly now :)

The staff here are so nice!!! Abigail the manger was so kind to me. I had really good results from my treatment, I am so happy!!! i definitely will come back all the time.
