The manager has a disgusting attitude! Messed up my eyebrows then spoke ill of me in her language when I said she did my eyebrows too thin for my birthday then after told me I could get out after I had paid for my service no resolution, No apology, no sympathy. Do not waste your money at all his location ladies believe me!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received at this establishment. Today, I visited the nail salon for a walk-in, following a colleague's recommendation. I opted for a manicure fill, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. Although the lady, (Cindy or Sandy), did my fill to my liking, her unprofessional demeanor and lack of attentiveness were evident!!! While working on my eyebrows, her phone rang, and she answered it, proceeding to walk away while still on the call. When I inquired if she was finished, she claimed to have informed me THREE times, which was NOT the case, as she was preoccupied with her phone call. Furthermore, she did not ask if I was satisfied with my eyebrows or if everything was to my liking. Instead, she simply moved on to attend to another customer while s

I went to get a fill on my nails like I do every 2 week. But 2 weeks later fungus started to grow on two of my nails. When I called to inform the owner of this her response was that’s not our fault. Give your nails a break. Worse experience of my life and they will never get another dime from me

I went in there for the first time ever. The price is reasonable. The service was amazing. Lovely, did my nails and she was very thorough. Very kind. I would highly recommend the salon seem like a family oriented place. I highly recommend giving it a shot thank you ladies for exceeding my expectations. I will be back.

The lady wasn’t paying attention and cut my ankle with a foot scrubber then told me it was my fault. Then she shaped my nails crooked and when I said something again they had her stop and wanted me to wait on someone else to do my nails mind you were already 45 minutes into the appointment. Overall bad experience and horrible customer service.
