Mechanicsville Local

This is the second Saturday in a row that I have not received the Channels section with my Saturday delivery. When I called about it last week, I was told it would be delivered that same day, but it never came all week. I depend on that section and refer to it daily. The office is closed on Satuday (and Sunday) so my problem cannot be resolved until Monday, if then??? I wouldn't mind driving somewhere to pick one up, but it seems, from past calls, there is no such place. What about allowing me to call the delivery person??? I love my newspaper but this is a very poor system. What has happened to customer service??? Only on weekdays, huh?

While I greatly appreciate the content that’s in the paper, I NEVER GET ONE IN MY DRIVEWAY! The delivery person only delivers to half of the street. I only get a paper when their substitute delivers. I called and left messages. I would like a paper while it’s still free.

Quit throwing this stuff in my yard,I did not ask for it. These blue bags are all over my neighborhood .dogs chewing them up.its a disgrace.

Driver didn’t leave local in driveway. I was outside and they skipped my driveway right in front of me. Rude!!

Awesome local newspaper! Way better than Richmond Times Dispatch!
