Medford Nails

Wonderful people the owners. Very kind and clean and more ....so talented. They took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. I have not had nails done for over a year so it was a great treat!

I came back here to get a manicure and French tip acrylics for a trip because i had them done before for my wedding and they did amazing. Today was a bust, for 80$. My nails look like they already need a fill. I did point this out before paying and leaving(when he could have fixed it) and he said "they're not done." So i waited for a miraculous finish that never occurred. I paid and left because I do not like to cause problems. I will not come back to this nail salon again.

They got me in last minute! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did it better than the pinspo picture, in my opinion. Really happy with my nails, they look so cute! ☺️❤️💅🏻 Update: I went back in a second time and they were so welcoming, ki556nd and courteous treated me very well made sure I was happy with my nails and they came out once again better than I expected! I am now a repeat customer, and happy to have found them! I definitely recommend checking out Medford nails! ☺️

I chose this salon based on the positive reviews and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The nail application was sloppy, with uneven polish and bare areas around the edges. When I politely asked the nail tech to fully cover the nail and clean up the edges, he refused. Another technician stepped in and instead of addressing the concerns, told me there was “nothing wrong,” implied that because I’m new to the area I didn’t know what I was talking about, and spoke to me in a dismissive and condescending manner. I was surprised and uncomfortable, as I have never been spoken to that way while receiving a service. I wasn’t asking for anything excessive—just clean, fully covered nails and professional treatment. Unfortunately, the way my concerns were handled felt disrespectful a

Very friendly staff, easy appointment setting, cute little shop. Fast great service. Got exactly what I wanted. Went back just yesterday and got the red ones done. Took less than 1 hour. Tony and his wife are so friendly.
