I’ve been with Ileana since 2020 and I have no complaints at all. She is a great professional, I’ve been with other doctors that just don’t listen to you and don’t help at all. I truly recommend her

New patient, arrived 30 minutes early as recommended, filled out all the paperwork and sat unattended for over an hour. Incredibly disrespectful of my time. I left without ever seeing a doctor, very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Would suggest not wasting your time, find a more respectful location. An hour and a half I'll never get back.

Dr. Ileana Aponte is an excellent doctor. Who truly is interested in caring for and listening to her patients. I am truly bless to have her as my doctor. Also the staff are amazing never had a problem. Thank you for the amazing work you guys do.

Dr. Appointe incorrectly entered the wrong billing codes on a preventive lab work that she had ordered during my physical visit creating thousands in a bill to me. After requesting to correct it, she had an attitude and insisted that I requested the list of lab samples that I cannot even define. I’m still appealing the charges and will most likely have to sue her/her office for upcoding and medical billing fraud.
