Medina Baye Hair Braiding

My hair is always complimented when I get it done and it's neat, tight and always looks so good! I have naturally curly hair so it's hard to keep braided sometimes because of the texture but Medina always does a good job with doing it time and time again. I can call anytime due to my schedule with work and she always fits me in. It's ideal actually since I am in the military. She's professional, neat, clean and has a good business. I'll actually be back next Friday for my 3rd time for myself!

She is very professional and very reasonable with pricing. I love my braids and have been receiving compliments already on my hair and she just finished 2hrs ago. I will definitely be back!

This shop was absolutely the worst experience I've had. I went in to get senegalese twist and the shop owner's niece started doing my hair. After about two rows I felt that they were starting off like cornrows and then the twist. I told her that I didn't like that and the shop owner assured me that she would fix it and that I would like it when its done. Well I didn't. I tell them to stop and take them out. When I get ready to leave the shop owner tells me that I have to pay the girl something for her time and work which was wasted. My time was wasted and I didn't have anything else to do with my hair. I ended up giving the girl forty dollars and my hair is the same way it was when I walked in there. Don't go here you'll regret it.

I had a horrible experience. I got a sewin for 140$ that was not properly installed. The stylist did not interact with me and did not ask me how I wanted my hair. The environment was very unwelcoming. After incorrectly installing my hair, The stylist did not style the hair. My overall experience was horrible. The address listed is false. They are an "in-home salon" not a salon as falsely adverstised. The prices are too high for work that is less than adequate. Please do not trust this stylist to correctly and properly do your Hair. They are too expensive. False advertisement, confusing language, rude comments, and very rough! Worst hair experience of my life.

I didn't like the fact that my hair started coming out less than a week.. And I will never go back to her again.. Not to pay that much for box braids and they come out less than a week.. My experience and opinion..
