I just had the worst experience here. first of all, I don’t know what kind of thread you use but I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for 20 years and it has never felt so painful. The person doing my eyebrows did them soooooo slow and it hurt even more than it should have. I asked her to leave them thick and just clean and I could feel her taking chunk by chunk off. They are so uneven and she took way too much off the bottom. It was very clear she did not know what she was doing. I should not have came here and will never be coming back. Now I have to wait months for them to grow back in and she took hair from all of the wrong spots. There is still hair in the middle and she broke all the hairs so it doesn’t even look clean. I am so angry.

Horrible experience for the second time. They promote lashing and pulled all my natural lashes out bc they don’t properly glue the lashes on. They kept putting the undereye patch where it was touching my eyes so they were watering the whole time. On top of that the lady kept opening my eyes and lashing with my eyes open so the glue kept making my eyes water. Then she said she was done and she had only lashed about 60% in from the end of my lash line. And lashes were upside down. I had to explain to her how to properly lash. She kept ripping out my lashes bc they kept all getting stuck together. Horrible horrible experience. The tinting was just as bad. I go to Pinkal in Passaic on Broadway for tinting. I just don’t have the time to go today so I came to the mall but wow. I do not imagine

They do lashes, eyebrows tinting, fabulous, and also each and everyone of the workers I’m more than happy to assist you in every way possible to not only make your experience wonderful, but the best care in the world kudos to them

I had no intentions of doing my lashes and as I was passing, someone stopped me and asked if I was interested in having my brows done. BEST DECISION of the day. Amy did my brows and eyelashes and I left feeling a celebrity. Brilliant work. Very pleased customer. Keep up the good work Amy.

I love doing my eyebrows, tinting here usually. I was pleasantly surprised to also get my lashes done here. Anu is amazing and gave me the perfect natural lashes. Highly recommend her!
