Matthew is awesome at what he does. He’s methodical and takes his time to get you right where you want to be. Definitely going to be coming back for my haircuts from now on
Excellent place. The owner is hilarious and has a great sense of humor.
Had an appointment at 11:00am and had to reschedule to 4:30pm. Got a confirmation email for the rescheduling and left work early to go. Requested barber had already left and the remaining one was locking up to leave, more than 30 minutes before the closing time.
Catherine is a horrible leader and assumes she knows everything. Her assistant Susan didn’t listen and messed my hair up and instead of just fixing it and apologizing for not listening, they wanted to argue about who was at fault. Matthew knew exactly what I was talking about. I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t go, they don’t listen to the customer.
