Melissa Hair Salon Unisex

I got a quick and simple haircut here as a walk-in and loved it! I opted not to wash my hair, but the stylist did spray water, blow dry, finish with hair lotion and oil, etc. There was a bit of a language barrier as I don't speak Spanish - we made it work though. Paid $55 which is a little pricey for me, but I think not bad at all for DC. Overall, would recommend!

This is our go-to spot for kids' haircuts. They were $12 but are now $15 and still worth it. We have had a couple of not perfect cuts but today's with Irvin was the best yet. Sometimes we have someone with limited English, and matched with our limited Spanish we do the best we can to communicate what we are looking for. Love that we can walk in and be seen quickly, and they have lollipops.

I got haircut from John Magoh and It wasn't a good fade. This was my first time getting a haircut from this salon and don't plan on going back. I only came here because my barber was booked and I needed a haircut really bad. Other guys were cutting better then him. I regret spending $35 dollars on a bad haircut. 👎
