I've been a client for over 30 years. I live in Fl and every time I come to visit I have to stop by and get my hair done. They are professional, friendly and accommodating. .

Nani and staff are nice but everyone there doesn't have the same training especially with heat styling. The person that did my hair used no protection at any point (roller set, blow dry or flatiron). Nani stepped in and thankfully did use protection spray, but the damage was done and when my hair was done it smelled slightly burned. It's been years since I've gotten a blow out and now after washing my hair and seeing stringy strands I'm really sorry I did. I feel even worse for the young lady that was styled before me (prepping for prom). Her hair hardly moved after the triple heat...it was crispy straight! Basically if the owner can't do your hair leave OR be ready to speak up and micro manage whoever does (especially if you have fine hair).

They burned my hair to the point it doesn’t curl anymore. I noticed my hair was thinning and even cut a lot of it because it just didn’t look right to me. Then I realized all the heat she was actually doing my hair with. Now I have to regrow my hair from all the heat damage.

Very professional. Excellent service and fair prices. I recommended any of the hair dressers. They’re all wonderful.

I no longer live in NY, but I will take flights with layovers in NYC to be able to come in and get my hair colored and cut by Mechy or Esteban or Nani.
