If I could give 0 stars I would. I wish I would have googled them and read reviews before coming in. Came in to remove nails and get a manicure. She was unsure how to remove nails at first, and then while removing them she nicked the skin around my nails a couple of times. While using the machine she filed my actual nails way too much to the point where it hurt so bad I pulled my hand away. She left the tip of the nails jagged. She told one one price before getting started to remove nails and do gel manicure, and when she finished she charged a higher price. Definitely more expensive than the prices in their sign in store, and for the quality or work done. I will never be coming here again.

A male did my Nails. I did not get his name but OMG Sloppy work! Don't waste your time or money here. I requested shorter nails he did not do it. I requested to re-do the patchy nails he only did 1 and made it worse! He sure did... re-use nail bits, files and the purple liquid/solution to form the acrylic nail.

Told the lady I didn't want the line of the tip and glue to show and to paint tip low enough to hide it. Then was told that because how I was holding my hand the thick polish was running. Last time I checked its thin polish that would run. After all said and done a set that is advertised ad $35 ended up costing me $55 and they couldn't explain where all the hidden fees came from then also charged me $2 for my paying by card with no signs stating that they charge for using card.

Don’t do your eyebrows here I went just because I was in the area worst mistake I made. I went for a clean up she went to thin and took my right arch from one of my eyebrows leaving them supper un even. She got upset and cussed at me I’m definitely not going to keep quiet if I don’t like it I’ve always had hard time growing my eyebrows and It’s upsetting.
