Men’s Room Barber Shop

Not only is this the best place for haircuts in Salem, this place consistently provides the best haircuts I've ever had. I have 10+ years of active military and I've been many places. When it comes to short cuts/fades this place is incomparable to any other barbershop I've visited in this world. If you're a man in Salem and are not getting your hair cut here, you're wrong.

Found this place when I first moved to Salem... They cut hair how you ask and do it well. There is a pool table if you feel like it. Overall great place, give them a go! Oh, bring cash... No plastic

I was greeted by both barbers. I patiently waited for my cut. A gentleman walked in 10 minutes behind me. In another 5 minutes when a chair came available the gentleman was seated for a cut. I stated "I guess I'll go somewhere else." Don't waste your time as I did.

Called to set up an appointment, guy on the phone was severely lacking in customer service and responded to basic polite questions with a negative attitude. Considering that a good chunk of being a barber IS customer service, take your business elsewhere.

I had an appointment for 10 AM. I showed up at 9:50 AM. They were already cutting other people hair so I decided to wait. When the first chair came open they brushed me off and said "you are going to be cut by this other guy that is still busy". He told me he would be done soon. Twenty five minutes later is not soon!! Do not allow people to sign up for appointments if you do not plan to honor them!!
