I’m not sure why people are complaining like they’re getting a $100+ Russian manicures . In on the middle of downtown $25 for GEL, it’s great. Clean and nice environment, I’m not expecting a glass of champagne for god sake. Amazing and friendly staff , this is the place you go to if u need something quick ! Easy , and don’t want to spend the entire day at the nail salon lol. Came for just a clear gel polish but she suggested and skin tone instead which I liked and preferred so I went with it , she even gave me 3 options and let me try them on before she applied the lamp .Definitely will be returning more and more often .

❌ The worst manicure I’ve ever had! I paid $80 +TAX for nail extensions, and they fell off after only 3 days. My nails are now damaged, overfiled, and full of painful cuts. The technician used the same drill bit on herself during breaks and then back on me — without cleaning or sanitizing it. All the tools and materials were shared between clients and looked very dirty. This is extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. DO NOT recommend this place at all!

The staff try to be nice, but the products and the quality of the service are not good at all. I got a gel manicure, and they charge you for absolutely everything. I also had a regular pedicure, which only included nail polish and filing. It’s worth mentioning that it wasn’t a promotion, just a regular service.

Worse ‘manicure’ of my life, my nails have never been so thick and the use of glue was absurd. My nails were not the right size and they were stuck to the side of my fingers. On top of that it took around an hour and a half to complete. Hated them so much i immediately cut them off. Mental and physical pain was inflicted

Do not loose your time here. Not at all like the rest of Menta y Canela. I called 15 mins prior to coming and she said “COME IN” but when I arrived she said I needed to wait 30 minutes. I only waited because I had paid parking. After all, some lady came in asking for a design and the manicurist literally stood up and took out colors to TEST on her as I was sitting in her chair. I just stood up and left. I said “thank you my love” on my way out and she was like “of course my love” 🤣 The place is empty. That says it all compared to ANY other location of Menta y Canela. No value for my time at all, and then you expect me to tip…
