What a wonderful place! The ladies at the front desk are delightful. I didn’t have an appt and they were super gracious. Place is packed but it’s so inviting that you can literally stay there forever. Caridad was awesome.

Every time I come to this nail salon, the experience with the receptionist is disappointing. She constantly answers the phone on speaker, which is very disturbing while customers are trying to relax. It creates unnecessary noise and feels extremely unprofessional. Even more concerning is the way she speaks to customers. Her tone is rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Customer service should make clients feel comfortable, not uncomfortable. This is not a one-time issue — it happens every single visit. I truly hope management takes this seriously and improves the front desk service because it affects the entire atmosphere of the salon.
