Mercedes reached out to me early to push our schedule and I was totally fine with that! Thanks for being so kind and giving me a transformation that completely changed the profile of my face and gave me more confidence. The salon is cute and extremely clean and organized which I appreciate! Parking right in front and they also offer lash lifts and tints which I will be getting next! I love love my eyebrows!!!! I haven’t had this feeling of fulfillment with my brows in a while. Mercedes has great patience, listens to you, and walks you through the plan for your brows to achieve your goals.

I had some reservations about getting my eyebrows trimmed here. A friend of mine recently had her brows done by Delilah, and I feel apprehensive because I desire a trim while maintaining a fluffy appearance. I’m worried that they might be over-trimmed or shaped too closely to my permanent makeup. In contrast, my friend ended up with brows that are quite different from what she requested; they ended up thinner than she intended.

Been coming to get my brows done by Delilah for years now (brow wax) and she never fails to achieve the exact shape and fullness I like my brows to be at. Always paying close attention to detail and always checks in with what I want.
