Definitely a comfortable and relaxing experience every time I have been. It’s completely a VIBE!! I crave for my treatment and my trim!!! It’s really hard to find someone that truly knows how to treat and trim your natural hair. My most recent visit was booked last minute and she was very accommodating. I was being serviced along with another client and was pleased to see her sanitizing and maintaining the cleanliness of each area immediately after usage. I’m so glad I found Mercedes and I am enjoying the progression with my hair.

Mercedes is so down to earth and particular about her work from start to finish! I was a walk-in and she welcomed me with open arms. I got a used wig installed and she brought my wig back to life and her shampoo and conditioning is to die for. I know I went to sleep a few times. I will definitely be returning for her famous treatment service and another wig install. Thanks Mercedes!!!!
