I had a collagen facial and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Shirley. While I understand some of the previous reviews criticizing the disorganization of her store, I can also say that I left the salon with my skin glowing. While I also understand one’s reaction to criticize her facials because they are given seated in a chair, vs. laying down, like many traditional facials, I also understand how much effort it takes to run a small business, especially one that survived the pandemic in an affluent area. In the hour I spent getting my facial, I got to know another human-being, doing her best to stay productive and positive, while the love of her life battles stage 4 cancer. Unlike some of the other reviews lacking empathy or the understanding of how much resilience it takes to show up

My mom and I had the best experience. Friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We will be repeat customers. Ignore the bad reviews. Yes it's a storefront, not a spa but very intimate. I loved it

Long time customer and Shirley never fails to be friendly and professional to all who enter her store. The store is clean and all brushes and applicators used are disposable. The combination of steam and phenomenal products used during in store facials make my skin glow and feel baby soft. Love the free gifts received with purchases!

Beware, it is a scam. Please aware this store and don't waste your money. I bought two anti agian facials, but only used one, they never answer the phone for the second one. Also, the experience of the first one was really bad, you will sit in a chair and she kept asking you very private questions and just pretend that she gave you a facials which was just apply some cream on your face, you can totally do it at home.
