Mermaid Spa & Massage

People are quick to post a review from a bad experience at a business they visited. I had an awesome experience when I visited Mermaid Spa and Massage due to muscle aches in my upper and lower back from exercising. Lucy met me at the door and I immediately felt welcomed by her. I quickly noticed how clean and refreshing her office is. Lucy is an excellent massage therapist. She was able to work on my upper and lower back which helped me sleep much better without tossing and turning. I am so glad I found Lucy at Mermaid Spa and Massage. The price was well worth the results. I go back regularly now and work with Lucy. Thank you very much.

My first time at Mermaid was amazing. When I entered, the staff was warm and friendly. The store was spotless! I can sense the prioritize keeping the place very clean. The rooms were also spotless and there were crisp clean linens on the table. The massage was the best I have had. Very professional and she listened to me when I told her about the areas that I was having trouble with. I left Mermaid feeling much better. I will return and I am very happy I found Mermaid!

I've been coming to Mermaid for deep-tissue massage, and the quality is consistently excellent! The staff are friendly, skilled, and attentive to problem areas (especially shoulders and back). The pressure is always just right, and I walk out feeling looser and refreshed every time. The owners clearly care about the business and the customer experience. If you're looking for a great professional massage in a clean, relaxed environment, Mermaid is a fantastic choice!

I had high hopes but was ultimately disappointed. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. When I arrived, the lady told me that she would be performing the first half of it and another lady would come finish the second half. I questioned it, but it was difficult to communicate with her, and then she offered me hot stones for free. I was really enjoying the first half of the massage, but about 15 minutes into it, she leaves the room to answer the business phone that was ringing. The second lady was not as skilled which was disappointing. She also did not do a good job at keeping my body appropriately covered. They never did the hot stones, and I realized later they charged me $5 more than what was advertised online. Finally on my way out, they were asking me for a tip even though I alrea
