It hasn't even been a week, and all of my nails are lifting. Two nails fully came off four days after they were done, and two more broke today, which is day 7 since they were done. I'm not even that picky about my nails, but this is probably the worst nail set I've ever had.

Coming here since 2 years now! Love their work. My acrylic gel nails work for an entire month! It looks pretty perfect even after 2-3 weeks with newer nail growing. ———————————— June 2019 : First Visit : Love it! A young girl did my Dip Powder Manicure and she pulled in Jenny for the tough part which shows a great sense of responsibility towards their customers! I’m glad she didn’t experiment/learn while doing my nails. I let them know my concerns of my previous experience elsewhere, where my manicure didn’t last even for a week, Jenny offered I can come back if anything happens and she would fix it for free.

If you’re looking for a good pedicure I would not recommend this place. I paid for the $38 pedicure which comes with exfoliating, massage, and a hot towel. The exfoliating was the only good part. The massage was just them rubbing lotion on my legs for 2 seconds and the hot towel was just dragged down the legs and was done. My friend got a used towel from another person they used it on not even heated. After they left me waiting at the chair for 20 minutes without communication if I was good to go or not. The over all experience was over priced and not worth it.

Metcalf Nail Lounge is the best nail salon around! I've been going here for years. Patty does my nails and she is AMAZING! My nails are always beautiful and I get so many compliments. Jenny (the owner) has been doing my mom's nails for almost 25 years and has never failed to do an amazing job. I'll never go anywhere else because I can always trust them to do a great job at an affordable price!!

i got the special pedicure that was supposed to come with a warm towel and a massage. Instead of a warm towel, I got someone else’s used towel on their chair…. And the massage lasted less than a minute. On top of that I got foot sandals and my friend didn’t and we waited for over 20 minutes thinking she was supposed to get some. Only until we started talking about it they brought it to her. Waste of money for how expensive it is.
