Francesca is amazing! i've been going to her for about the last year now and I have no complaints. It's really easy to book on her site and she's been very accommodating of the last-minute change that I needed. She really takes her time to nap out your eyebrows and make sure that you are getting the best shape. She also will be honest about what your eyebrows can and can't do, which I think is very necessary. Definitely book with her! Her customer service is amazing and conversation with her is great.

Francesca is so sweet and patient. I’m a beauty novice so I went to her with no experience with lashes/brows before. She did a brow lamination and shaping for me after talking through all my options.
