I was browsing the products and a store attendant helped me find the ones I was looking for. I needed to understand the difference between a pomade and extra hold. While trying to see which product would suit me best another store attendant (an older woman with a bun) stood uncomfortably close to me without acknowledging me. I felt very uneasy as I was browsing the products as she was literally starring at me without saying a word. It became very clear she didn’t have an interest in assisting me but rather watching my hands, as when I asked for clarification between the two she began rushing me to make a decision as if my prescience was taking up her time. She then simply picked both of the products in question and walked to the register before I made a choice as to which I was buying. I

Please check your receipt before leaving the store. They will make it seem as if they are giving away free product when in reality, they charged you for it. Even though they are small items, it adds up, especially when you have no use for it. Whoever is "Employee: momus beauty" I don't appreciate being charged for something I didn't ask for to be told it's free and then turn around and see I was charge with your no exchange, no refund policy.

The online information say the store opens at 9:30 this is false. Absolutely wasted my time and missed my braiding appointment because of them advertising false information
