DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR. The owner will accuse you of stealing and watch your every move as you are trying to shop for items. We even offered for them to check our bags since they wanted to accuse of us of stealing for absolutely no reason other than then the color of our skin. They are very rude for absolutely no reason. Old man screamed profanities at me and my friends as we left and told us not to come back. I recommend taking your business elsewhere where.

If you are looking for it, this place has it - without a doubt. It is wall to wall with products. They are sorted by brand. This is confusing if you don't know the exact item you are looking for. I don't know what brands make neutralizing shampoo to compare. And I was offered zero help. I wasn't acknowledged when I walked in or when I left (after 30 minutes of searching.) I would go back if I knew exactly what product I needed.

Buyer Beware!! Prices clearly marked in the packages will not be honored!! I picked up 4 different products with sale stickers on all of them, none of the prices were honored. I showed her where it he item was in the store and she saw several with the same prices as the ones I chose. She honored none of the prices and I cancelled my entire order. I’ve been shopping here for a couple years but this was the last time. Verify your prices before you pay! They also don’t offer refunds!

They have decent customer service and overall all a decent store, but they did not have what I needed. I drove 40 minutes one weekend because they had what I needed before. But when I arrived I was told it was ordered, and would be in the following week. Well again the next week I traveled to pick up what I needed, and they still didn't have it. I asked about the order placed from the prior week, no one knew what I was talking about. So I wasted my time. But it's a decent store.

Be careful when purchasing items from this store and keep your receipts!! I have Been purchasing products for years and I came back for the first time to exchange unopened braiding hair and they refused. This will be the last time I will ever purchase anything from this store.
