I am an absolute fan of this nail salon! From the first day of my return through now, I am guaranteed to have my vision brought to life with my nails—plus the actual nail care and health of them. The entire staff is nice and the facility is beautiful. My favorites are Lam and Kelly, just don’t book them at the same time I try to. ☺️😉

Absolutely the best nail tech ever! Lam is a true artist every set he does is flawless. He takes his time to make sure every detail is perfect, from the shape to the design, and my nails always last for weeks without lifting or chipping. He’s also so kind and welcoming, which makes every appointment feel relaxing and fun. Whether I want something simple and classy or bold and creative, Lam always brings my vision to life (and usually makes it even better than I imagined!). I constantly get compliments on my nails thanks to his amazing work. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction, this is the place to go!

I went to get a mani and pedicure. My toes turned out fine. But the tech should have stopped there. When I went to get my nails done everyone in the shop was coaching her through it. It was clear she shouldn’t have been doing nails at all! After she finished my nails it looked horrible. It looked like I did it at home in a rush. I let them know I wasn’t happy and a nail tech named Lee redid my nails. She had a nasty attitude and acted like it was my fault! She even tried to blame me for the first nail techs poor service. She didn’t talk to me at all! Lee is a dominant person who thought she could bully me into accepting trash nail work. I have been coming to Metropolitan ever since it opened. The service is amazing. They always have good music and refreshments. LAM IS AMAZING! and he is very detailed oriented. I keep coming back because is clean and their service is exceptional.

I have been coming to this salon for 4 years…because of Lam. He is the absolute best. He is literally the only one to do my nails exactly how I want them & they are perfect every time. His attention to detail is incredible; I’ve never not been happy and I’m very particular so that says a lot. He’s funny, personable & knows when I’m not up for conversation (lol). I refer all my friends to him and they think he’s wonderful. The salon itself is very open & bright. The young man at the front desk is polite & kind.
