I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this leasing office! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made the entire application and move-in process smooth and stress-free. Any questions or maintenance requests are handled promptly and with care. It’s clear they truly value their residents and go above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend this leasing office to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community!

Bathrooms are filthy, there is moisture in the walls and dark spots that look like mold. It’s smells moldy in the bathroom as well. Moisture spots in the ceilings all down the hall. They don’t run the Air conditioner after a certain point on Saturday, no ac at all on Sunday and during the week at evenings it’s either off or made warm. No AC on holidays either. If you plan to work weekends or nights you will be sweating like crazy. They barely clean the place properly. No soap in bathrooms. Stall doors in some bathrooms don’t even lock so surprise someone will walk in on you. Constantly smells like cigarettes and weed. They have no standards for the place. Improper ventilation. The place often have bags of garbage right in front the front door because they do not have large trash can

Renting a suite here for 2yrs now I have the experience of a true SLUMLORD! Think twice before leasing here and make sure you have a lawyer look over your lease but there’s so many flaws in typing of the lease! “They” type the lease up themselves to make it so that you don’t win against them if you try to take legal action. The place is filthy just as like the people renting the units out. Unprofessional, dishonesty, and disgrace to humanity. How they prey on black small businesses is really sad because they assume we’re far from smart anyway. Known for signing bad deals, when signed my lease they already had an active tenant renting the same space, they removed her property out the unit and “relocated her” and told me I was good to go. The rent here is very cheap. Yes, I will give them that. It is convenient for small business owners and there is an opportunity to gain clientele from the building due to there being so many office spaces there. However, that is STILL not worth it. Believe all the negative reviews, please! I WISH I DID! The "property manager" is the "landlord's" son and he is just as conniving as his father. There's a reason there's so many negative reviews. Some of the "positive" reviews are from people the owner knows or himself. Don't believe me? look at one of the reviews from MATAN DERHY. That's the owner's son. The worst of the worst - this old building has inadequate cooling systems, a leaky roof, mold, rat noises in the ceiling, plus roaches and ants within the unit. They use invalid lease clauses to mislead tenants, evade liability, and unlawfully withhold deposits. They fail to disclose the true condition of the premises, deceiving tenants into leasing unsafe, inadequate spaces.
