I went here about a month ago. They charge you a 5.00 fee to try only 3 wigs. Its refundable if you purchased a wig. I think the limit for trying on is ridiculous I wont being going back here. The wig selection isn't that great for me. The good news is my mom found her two wigs.

I was on my way there but after reading the reviews, I changed my mind. In addition, the owner’s response to the negative reviews confirmed the stories, comments like, “we are not Walmart. We pay taxes. You must be confused…etc.” Thanks to all who posted about their experiences!

Love this store ! Legit have everything and very knowledgeable with human hair, synthetic esp for colored girl with dyed hair ! Mixtures perfect . Will continue to travel here from Bloomfield best of the best come check it out .

I’ve been coming here for years and they’ve become better. The updates to the store are a plus. Much brighter, spacious area, it’s neat and tidy. Also the staff is very friendly now. Especially the ones on the floor.

I just came out the store today. The short girl that works there made me feel very uncomfortable, she kept slowly approaching me and following me and watching me as if I was going to steal. Mind you, I didn’t wear a hoodie or a mask or anything that would disclose my identity. She even walked towards me as I was standing at the register. I’ve been going there since 2017 and will not be coming back. (I was the girl wearing Bright pink) - just so she knows who I am, because It was so obvious.
