GOT MY NAILS LOOKING LIKE A SPOOKY SNACK 👻🕷️ It is true that the waiting is very long as it is a first-come-first-serve and the techs working do not take appointment and they don't have any organizing system like numbers for the people but everyone waiting is very honest about who is up next. The techs do an amazing job and it is 100% worth the wait and they are super kind and I felt really comfortable there. This was my first time getting my nails done and I fell in love with this place and I will this was my first time getting my nails done and I fell in love with this place and I will be coming here exclusively. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this place I recommend it so much

I've been going to Michael's for over 10+ years. I LOVE his professionalism and consistency, that's what keeps me going back year after year. He is always polite & friendly and just an awesome person. I LOVE him and all the amazing people that work with him they all do great job.

They do good work at Michael Nails but the price list does not accurately reflect your true cost. For instance a pedicure is listed as 30 dollars. It is not mentioned however that a polish is not included, which it should be. Especially since you are told to pick a polish before being serviced, and since all polishes are gel and add 10 dollars to your price it might be worth mentioning up front.

My experience here was very horrible, first my nails were very Crooked, bulky and one side wasn’t the same as the other side. Some nails looked to be very small and big.The lady left streaks of acrylic in the nail, and the nails popped off quickly. Honestly if you even get your nails done from here I recommend going to the owner Micheal.

If they’re going to implement a system to sign in (I’ve been coming since before this) then they should check their sign-in sheet regularly to know what people come in for and how long it’ll take. If someone just peeked and saw I was there for my eyebrows, I’m sure I wouldn’t have waited 1+ hour to get them done. Plus someone came in after me and another girl and she must be a regular because she schmoozed her way to get services done before me and the girl. Pretty annoying. Otherwise they’re great staff.
