Michael's Full Services Hair Salon

I went there only cause my main stylist happened to be on vacation and we had discussed what we planned to do with my hair the night prior. I’ve added the photos below of what I wanted vs what I received. Over the phone I was quoted around 200$ max, but come the day of the hair coloring I ended up being charged $465. As you can see in the photos it’s not even remotely close to what I asked for. Michael was nice enough to redo it the next day to something closer to what I originally wanted, but I have received no type of refund or compensation for the first service. He cut off 6 inches of my hair despite me saying I at max 3 inches off. He also gave me layers after I expressed I wanted one solid layer and that’s all. I have been a client of the owner Michael for over 15 years! He has colored and cut my hair through the years and I always get compliments on it. It is healthy and shiny. I liked that the first time I had a consultation he listened to what I wanted and the lifestyle I lived. Through that discussion he was able to recommend a style and cut that would work for me. He is up to date on the latest cutting techniques and new hair products. His salon is very clean with a welcoming atmosphere and a contemporary style. I have recommended several friends to his salon and they have been very happy. Highly recommend.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I can’t even begin to convey how impressed I am with Michael's Full Service Hair Salon. Firstly the entire staff was friendly and welcoming and made me feel like family. I have blonde highlighted hair so I don't trust just anyone with it. Michael, the owner, came highly recommended and during and after the whole process, I understand why. He actually took the time during our consultation to listen to what I wanted with my color and style. He is knowledgeable and I absolutely love the end result. Even the energy in the salon was fun and the rapport between the stylists and other clients was evident. Give Michael's a try...you won't be disappointed!

I have been a client of Michael’s Hair Salon for nearly 8 years. Michael , the owner, is my stylist and colorist. I consistently get compliments on my color and cut. I have also had wonderful services with Joanne and Kelly. On Sundays exclusively, Nancy is the extremely professional manicurist who gives A+++ manicures and pedicures like no other that you’ve had. I have been a client of Nancy’s for thirty years! This salon is all about personalized service. This salon truly has the warmest and friendliest atmosphere of any salon that I have frequented. Michael is very talented as are his GREAT team. I highly recommend this salon.
