Very Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience at Michael’s Nails two days ago while visiting Moses Lake. As someone new to the area, I searched for a nail salon and found this one. The reviews were mixed—half positive, half negative—but I chose to give it a chance. That was a big mistake. Unfortunately, most of the negative reviews mentioned issues with one specific lady, and she was the one who did my nails. I experienced exactly what others warned about. The service was poor, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. When I gave feedback during the service, the technician clearly did not appreciate my comments and became unpleasant. I left visibly unhappy, and it was obvious to everyone, yet no one tried to fix the situation or even acknowledge it. M

(The red nails are what I wanted and the other photo is what I got.) I definitely would recommend here. Very kind and welcoming environment. I Was a tiny bit hesitant after looking at the reviews, but after going in on my own, I definitely would go back. The nails are very straight and turned out beautiful, There were certain parts they were a little rough, but besides that it was a pleasant time.

So me and my best friend just left Michael's and I recommended to go here to my best friend little did I know that the other male nail tech (not michael) would burn and cut my friends cuticle but she asked for a coffin shape and got this rounded square shape she wanted the marroon set done but apparently it was too hard for him to do so she asked for the color changing nail polish and it doesn't have that much if a difference and she asked for a matte coat and didn't get it. They also charged her $5 more than what she would of paid. 25 for full set and 15 for gel they charged 45 instead of 40. And he would slap her hand because she wouldn't relax her hand because he kept hurting her. And after she was done he followed us outside and stared us down for not tipping him. The person that did

Jenny is amazing! She always does a great job! It is calm and quiet in the salon and I always come out feeling pampered inside and out. Fantastic people, good atmosphere, great conversation, and amazing service.

10/10 recommend. The staff was very friendly and gentle. I have weak nails and typically experience pain during getting my nails done, but this time I had no pain what so ever.
