Preface this by saying, I have been to this salon multiple times over the past 2 years and have had great experiences. I believe the ownership has changed. I walked in today and needed a dip manicure and pedicure. There was one woman working and I asked if she could do it at the same time. She said yes. As time went on, I asked if there were other people working and she said two were on their way. She also said they had 3 employees in Vietnam for Chinese new year. Not a problem at all, but they should let their customers know prior to receiving their service. Only 1 other woman showed up and began a pedicure on another customer. I was a little frustrated because I specifically was told it could be done at the same time but let it go because the woman was nice and gave a great massage. At t

This salon is super clean and friendly. All the Techs have a smile and are so nice when I come in. Posting my insp pic and my nails for fall. I literally gave them the pic and the matched for me. Love

Wonderful customer service and beautiful work! My daughter and I walked in for the first time today and everyone was very friendly. I’ve only gotten my nails done a few times but the last place did not do a good job. I showed Adam and he said that they would take care of me and they did! My nails turned out beautiful and so much better! Adam did my daughter’s nails and she loved it too. Ann took care of me and she was so detailed and made sure that my nails were smooth and even! Plus they have Leo! The sweetest little boy ever! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this salon!

I recently visited Michelle Nails and had a wonderful experience. The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional. I got a pedicure and my nail technician was amazing! She did an amazing job. They were attentive to detail, took their time, and made sure I was happy with the shape and color. Pricing was reasonable for the quality of service, and they had a great selection of colors and designs. Highly recommend this salon if you’re looking for quality nails and a pleasant experience.

My nails turned out so amazing!! Adam did them, and they look better than the reference picture I showed him!! Their customer service is so amazing, and everyone there is so nice! My boyfriend even likes to go with me so he can see Leo (the puppy)!!
