I went to get a balance on my nails. The nail tech Ann butchered my nails. I told her I want it narrow, but not too narrow. She filed off a huge part of my middle finger making my nails look like I almost had only half a nail. When I brought it to her attention she was very rude and disrespectful. I called the manager and he wanted to have her fix my nails look and I told him that I don’t trust her doing my nails because of how difficult it is for her to take criticism. This place uses to be so good at nails and ever since their management changed it went downhill. The nail tech was rushing and was not trying to take her time to do my nails. I will never go here again!

Perfect nails to kick off the school year—adorable, fun, and exactly what I wanted! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was amazing. I’m always greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. The staff takes their time to make sure every detail is perfect, and they’re so knowledgeable about nail care and designs. They truly listen to what I want and make great suggestions. Every visit feels relaxing, and I always leave feeling pampered and confident. Highly recommend for anyone looking for beautiful nails and a great experience!

I usually don’t write reviews, but the service was so bad. If I could give zero stars I would—I came to get my nails done for my college graduation. A chrome french tip is what I asked for. I was serviced by a nail tech who was UNSURE of how to do a proper french tip, not to mention the lady at the front desk basically forced me to change my mind to use a similar-color of polish instead. The nail tech did not do a good job of shaping my french tips or putting the clear coat over my nails which is why 3 days later my nail WERE ALREADY CHIPPING! I went back to see if they would fix my nails. I was paired with same nail tech who seemed to be in a rush. She proceeded to drill the french tip POLISH off of MY REAL NAILS! She did not use any acetone or nail polish remover, just a drill, leaving t

Never have a bad experience here. Everyone is amazing. Love Lindsay! They know their clients so well and are so personable! Even got me a cupcake for my birthday and sang to me! (THANK YOU!) Always feel like I’m family when I am there. Nails look so great after each visit! And pricing is very reasonable. Won’t go anywhere else!
