Part of the problem may have been a language barrier, but I was disappointed with the results of my visit. I paid $78 (including tip) for an 80-piece real mink lash set, which I think is a reasonable price for NYC. I asked the technician not to apply lashes to the inner corners of my eyes, but she also skipped the outer corners, which makes the lashes look uneven. I also asked her not to get glue on my skin, but she placed the extensions so far from my lash line that they already look grown out. In addition, I requested that she clean my eyes before application, but it doesn’t seem like she did — I still had eyeliner and makeup on afterward. This is especially frustrating since you’re not supposed to get your lashes wet for 24 hours after installation, so I will have to go to sleep with

I got for the FIRST time in my life a completely new set and they are STUNNING,I loved the customer service,the beds are surprisingly comfortable,they play relaxing music and staff is great. Everything was clean and I didn’t get any allergies or anything. Coming back soon!

I have finally found my go to place in new york for lashes. I moved here from Hong Kong (missing my old tech there 😣) and have tried other places but they don't last. Sunny does a great job and the results are beautiful. She is also very quick too! The lashes last me a long time about 4-5 weeks and they only fall out because of my lash cycle and not because of the glue. I have tried other places in new york and they only last me 2 weeks. You can customize your lashes and I find that 120 real mink, c curl, cat eye works best for me. Highly recommend this place.

I was skeptical about going due to some of the reviews I read. I’m glad I went! So happy! Kaya took care of me she was great, took her time and my lashes came out perfect…I told her I wanted it to look natural just more fuller and bit longer. I did c Curl with 9, 10 & 11 mink 100 pcs. I’ll be back.

I’ve been going here for over a year and have gotten both lifts and extensions. The technicians have been consistently great, and scheduling is always easy. Very good services and prices — I highly recommend.
