As someone who loves being in a well-decorated environment, I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. I was serviced by Sadae, and she was amazing. She was so sweet, attentive, and delivered truly top-tier service. I initially came in for a dandruff removal treatment, but after carefully checking my scalp, she let me know that I didn’t actually have dandruff—just dry/dead skin, which was such a relief. Even so, I still enjoyed a full 50-minute spa session, and I loved every second of it. The spa room itself was peaceful and comfortable, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind and relax. Words truly can’t explain how amazing this experience was. I came in for a scalp treatment (about 80 minutes) and it was next-level relaxing — the massage alone was worth it. Phyllis was incredible. She explained everything she was doing, why it mattered, and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. We think about haircuts, facials, nails… but we forget the scalp is literally the foundation of healthy hair. This appointment genuinely changed my perspective on hair care. I’m 100% making this part of my routine every 4–6 weeks. I cannot recommend Phyllis at Milk Bath enough. Go book it — you will leave feeling brand new.

Wonderful experience for my 14 year old daughter! We booked a mini appointment so that they would know she was under 18 years old. They were so interested in her even though she was young & the appointment was less expensive. We were able to add on a service for exfoliating her scalp & they kindly accommodated the extra time involved. They made her feel special & it was educational & relaxing for her & just a perfect balance of a spa feel and also learning how to take care of your hair/scalp which created the perfect experience. She said the scalp massage was amazing, this was her first scalp massage! No one has ever spent time & attention to her like this before.
