I have been frequent this place 20 plus- why? Ok, originally they were at another location 20 and some change back then (me with one of my Starbucks co-workers) happened to go to Harlem one day after work. We spotted this place and got our feet done. At the time there were wonderful Mercedes and Louisa. (To make a long story short), I always requested for either two wonderful ladies. So when they closed down (forget for how long), that's when they opened a new spot (where it is right now) and another spot where Louisa is located (cause they can't have two greatness at one place 🤔😩). Now Miss Mercedes is my lady. I've been going there with my mom- well used to😩. What I can honestly say is that...the place always been clean, they're professional, price is right. Been going here sporadically off and on for the past 13 years. Service has definitely declined. I took my daughter for the first time and I don't feel like we left with the real spa treatment. They used to invest a lot of time for the pedicures and it was WELL worth the time and money. The massage used to be EVERYTHING, even with the simplest price rate on the list. Now, they don't even do it, as I didn't even see it listed. Anyway, if you just want a basic pedicure, you can go here; it didn't take very long. If you want the spa feeling without all the yapping from the workers, then find a different place.

I sometimes get an allergic reaction to gel so I tried to do dip. They filed my nails down so low that they cut me up. The lady was nice but can not do designs at all. I'm not sure if everyone there is still learning but I will definitely not be returning at all.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR 10 YEARS. I GET MY MASSAGES FROM ( MADELINE). I GET MY PEDICURE AND MANICURE WIITH ( LUCY). THESE WOMAN ARE EXCELLENT! THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE OTHER LADIES THAT WORK HERE AREN'T GOOD AS WELL. THEY ARE GREAT AS WELL. Madeline, take her time. She is very professional. If you tell her your problem areas, she will target those areas. Overall, she is AMAZING! Lucy, knows exactly what she is doing. Her expertise matches her experience. So don't walk to get taken care by them, run!

Used to be the best nail salon in Harlem. I've recommended many people to Million Nails over the years. But like many other businesses post pandemic they've fell apart. Rude, condescending, talkative group of women have replaced key players & loved techs like Mercedes, Louisa & many others. The manager is moody, and some timey making it a challenge for clients who look to her for help getting a technician. She makes little to no effort to make sure our nail needs get met. A New women cut my toenail cuticles down to the white meat (evil reckless behavior) and another one used a drill like machine to remove gel color off my natural finger nails. My nails hv been splitting and breaking off deep into the nail bed ever since. She looked up at me like she knew her lazy behind was not suppos
