DO NOT GO HERE. Mimi and whoever she has working in the shop are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. After agreeing to do my niece’s hair, we arrived and these women huffed and puffed the ENTIRE time. They agreed to do a 5 year old’s hair and then reneged on the spot. After we asked how and why that occurred, the woman said to us, “Don’t ask me these questions” and the other woman had the audacity to say, “Don’t piss me off.” They said this to CUSTOMERS. We said we were leaving, and the girl brushed her hands over my niece’s shoulders in a “Go” motion, hitting her shoulders in the process. These women are beyond rude, they complain about clients in person while doing other clients’ hair. Extremely unprofessional. Also, Mimi has paused doing hair to argue with bill collectors before. Very unprofessional, while getting my hair done the stylist Ms. Mimi gave me her phone to handle her bills, instead of waiting until I left the shop to take care of it. Also did not offer a discount at the end my service for helping her take care of her personal matters.

I went there to get 2 braids. She told me she can’t do it she can do 4 and She doesn’t know how to do any design. It’s was overpriced for the quality of service. She is very heavy handed, I FELT MY HAIR BREAKING unprofessional and all the ends for the braids were not fully braided. they were uneven and unraveled as soon as I drove home. She Used very cheap products and the entire time talked about slavery and complained that she didn’t want to stand up. Over all lazy, extremely poor work ethic and acted like I was begging her to do hair. Hair looked like I asked a cousin to fix my hair really quick. It did not look professionally done. Absolute disgrace. At the end looked at me and said … “it’s hard for me to braid” THEN WHY DO U HAVE A BRAIDING SHOP?????
