Mio Zen Massage and SPA

I gave this place YEARS of loyalty and they canceled on me TWICE without telling me. I’ve been a long-time client at Mio Zen, I tip well, I show up on time, and I genuinely like my therapist. That’s why this experience was so disappointing. I booked an appointment and showed up, only to be told in person that my appointment had been canceled. No call. No text. No email. Just… surprise. They apologized and rescheduled me for the next day. The next day, I took time off work again — drove there — again — and once again found out my appointment had been canceled with zero notification. That’s two hours of driving and valuable time I can never get back. Two stress spikes instead of stress relief. I completely understand if cancellations happen. Emergencies happen. Therapists get sick. T

Feibi and Lily gave my husband and I a couples massage and it felt amazing! They used a mixture of Thai techniques since we are a bit stronger. Even a little facial and scalp massage! This was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. I was a ballet dancer growing up and still hold a lot of tension in my body. I am also on my feet a lot at work too. A lot of that was worked out today! We will definitely be back 😊 Looking forward to next time!

Received a great massage from Feibi! She let me know to ask if she was going too light or hard and if there were any areas that were sore. I work very long days and am on my feet all the time so she spent extra attention on my feet and legs which was much needed. I would highly recommend!

This was my first time going to MioZen. I had Fei bi and she was amazing! I work out regularly and get quite sore. I typically get sports massages and this was my first Thai massage. I walked out feeling better than I had in months. I will be back again soon!

No idea how they have 3 bad reviews. Feibi was kind, happy, and did everything to make it possible for both my husband and I to get in with 2hrs notice. She did a combination of techniques that all felt incredible. She started with ashiatsu and thai and then deep tissue. I was so tight she added hot stones to loosen things up and finished with more thai. The building was professional and quiet and the room was clean and nice. We would absolutely return again!
