Very disappointed with my nails, I was persuaded to try gel-x but it turned out so awful. It’s high off my nail bed and filled with gel to make up for the gap. They shaped it poorly and didn’t get the dust off nor let me get a final look before adding top coat, so now my nails feel lumpy. Very sloppy and upsetting to pay 100+ for nails that I’ll have to soak off and get re-done.

Lee is by far the best. His personality will light up a room. Always kind and always friendly. And his eyebrow game always lights up a room

Only reason I gave a one star is because I had no other choice. But I went for a lip wax and this was the result. Tried reaching out to them to simply just let them know and they never cared to respond to me. Pretty disappointed.. don’t come here for any waxing services

I came here with my little sister. We made an appointment no problem for 2 people at 1:30 pm earlier in the day. We walked in, front desk asked if we were comfortable waiting 10 minutes (absolutely!) and my sister finally got seated at 2:00 pm while I waited and watched almost 10 people get sat ahead of me. Stood by my sister and watched her get her nails done completely while I was still waiting. I told the front desk about it and she said people make appointments with specific nail artist and they have walk ins. Whats the point of appointments then? Finally left at 2:30 without ever being seated or helped once. I told her I wish I would’ve known that they would be this busy I would’ve gone somewhere where they couldve sat both of us at our 1:30 appointment. She was rude and inconsiderat

I have been coming here regularly for two years and trust this place with my nails. I go to Lee and Tiffany for my apres gel-x extensions and periodically a gel pedicure and I have never been disappointed by the results. They do an amazing job to preserve my nails and the salon has a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place!
