Miracle Eyebrows | Eyebrow Threading Salon at Fayette Mall

I always go there on Tuesdays because the girl that is always there that day knows how to do my eyebrows, but today it was the other lady. She’s always on her phone or doing calls while she’s doing my eyebrows, she messed up my eyebrows and my mom’s she even left us one eyebrow thinner than the other. I’m not going back anymore, she’s the worst!!!!

Every time I come to the salon she’s always on her phone and she doesn’t do her job as she should because of that, I went to the store one day put my name down on the book and she was talking on her phone and didn’t pay attention to me, she had me waiting for 10 minutes and I had to walk out of the salon because she never attended me . Terrible service , I used to go on Tuesdays there was a different girl different experience with her !! (PLEASE MAKE HER COME BACK)!! Will not be coming back. .

Good experience. I explained to the lady very careful how I wanted my eyebrows and she did it exactly like I requested. And best part is the takes long to grow out back again

Their best threader moved back to India. Went to her for 8 years.. I've been there on 3 occasions since she left, they are terrible. I even tried showing the tech a picture for what I wanted. She still did whatever she wanted. My eyebrows were the same shape I had when I came in, but smaller. Plus the customer service was kinda rude. Either train them better or bring back the other lady. Pay her well, whatever needs to be done atp

Been patronizing this business for 2 years w/o issue. This past weekend while having eyebrow service extended, aesthetician deeply pulled my skin off above both eyes, but especially my right eye. Now I have a gash above each eye. Still in pain 2 days later. Never again.
