I went in tonight Monday 12/30 around 6:15 pm to get my eyebrows threaded .. I tell the lady doing them I just want them cleaned up do not thin them or make them short. She didn’t say anything so once I get in the seat we start and I tell her again no response so I say did you hear me . She said yes . When she finished she did the opposite of everything I asked my eyebrows was threaded up short and thin. I’m so mad .. I’ve never had any issues with this place till tonight and I explained to her this why I told you what I wanted and she said was sorry. I usually tip them good. I told her I wasn’t tipping all she had to do is listen like every one else does but she chose not to. And literally acted like she didn’t care

Hours posted online state they open at 11:00am. Waited in the mall until11:15am and they still were not open. 10/24/25
The employees are rude. They do no greet you or say anything throughout the time you are getting your eyebrows done. The lady that assisted me did not put a tissue over my clothes and I was wearing a white shirt which is now full of hair. Will definitely not come back, and do not recommend.
Whoever worked today, Tuesday around 1215pm was not friendly, she had an attitude the whole time. Was rough on my face and didn’t even clean up my face afterwards with the little hairs from my eyebrow. I can’t believe I even gave her a tip. Definitely will not be going back
