I am usually never harsh on reviews and consider myself fairly positive however, this time the ball has been dropped. She came for a hair coloring appointment at 2pm, granted we were about 10 minutes late, it took an additional 50 minutes for my girlfriend to be finally acknowledged. Once started she was shown a picture of what she had wanted to be done, but once completed the shade was way darker and there was blonde highlights that were unrequested. My girlfriend had voiced how unsatisfied she was with it to which arguing ensued. My girlfriend was consistently told it was the same regardless of how unhappy she was with her hair coloring. After continued arguing the hairstylist agreed to fix the bleached portions. End of story my girlfriend left deeply dissatisfied, and paid the full amou

This is the best treasure of a hair salon! I started going there a few years ago and I love them! They all are good!!! Donna does a great highlight and is so friendly. I texted her this morning telling her I’m gonna come in when they open for a shampoo dry and straighten my hair appt. She opened up 30 min early to do my hair. She is the best!!!!!!! Love all them! I go there frequently for shampoo service and every few months for a cut and a highlight! I def recommend them!!!

Absolutely the worst haircut ever given to me. The lady with the black hair cut off 3 months worth of hair after I told her 1.5-2 inch. And on top of that she gave me layered bangs which I did not ask for. In total the haircut was about 10 minutes seemed rushed after I stopped her for going too short during the cut and now I’m stuck with a weird looking cut. I did get a refund but I do not recommend this place at all to anyone with nice long hair.

Donna is an excellant colorist & hair stylist! I have been following her for years until she bought this salon. Very reasonable pricing and consistent quality & service.
