Miracle Nails

I have become used to mediocre service and manicures from miracle nails, but my last visit was awful! I made a reservation for a powder manicure and still had to wait 20 minutes to get started. The man who did my nails kept yanking my arm and he also really hurt my cuticles using the sanding thing on them. One of my fingers is actually bleeding and he didn’t clean up around the nail. Although when I asked him to please clean up my fingers he partially did. I’ll see if I can add a picture but right now I don’t see a way to:/

Horrible service, especially from the male employees. I came with a friend and they refused to let us sit together, which was annoying but not too bad. I selected a dark red color for my acrylics, and halfway through, I notified that the powder they were about to apply looked bright red and sparkly. I asked the man doing my nails if he was sure that was the right color. I brought him to the book and showed him the color I selected, and it matched the color on the powder container. However, to my HORROR, the nails came out BRIGHT red and sparkly. Nothing like the color I selected. The man was also extremely rough with my nails. To add insult to injury, two nails snapped off less than a week later. I’ve been getting nails for 2 years, and that’s never happened before. I strongly recommend

Jane was so sweet and got me into a manicure appt right away. She did a wonderful job on my nails too!

My girlfriend had a very very unpleasant experience, the man that did her nails was very rude and rough leaving many burns and cuts on her nails he did the complete opposite of what she asked for, we walked outside and realized she had a tiny piece of metal lodged in her skin around her nails. The nails had a total price of $75 for nails she didnt want.

The owners are incredibly sweet. Johnny is very patient and talented.
