Miracle Nails Spa

I used to love this place, but they fell off this year. The pricing doesn’t go with the work. The pricing went up, but the work ethic went down. As you can see in the picture, she didn’t paint my whole nail. It looks like my nail grew while she was painting it. Not to mention , they had 2 different people working on my nails. One person shaped my nails and the other one painted them. I wouldn’t have had an issue with that if it was done correctly. Also, the first person cut 2 of my fingers. I’m only rating them 3 stars because the foot massage was nice.

Had to walk in bc my regular nail tech was out of town. I called beforehand to ask if they have someone who can do designs well. I even asked for someone who can do designs when I walked in the door!! The lady I got didn’t even clean my cuticles!! I asked multiple times if she could do what I asked for and THIS IS WHAT I GOT!!! I was so disappointed and furious I just told her to stop and not even finish the design. Edited 1hr later: After being so frustrated, my husband advised me to call for a refund. Per their policy, I couldn’t get a refund. But they offered to redo it. Rose did an excellent job, and they still made me pay the difference of $20 for the remaining design. Hello. Please do not go here. They severely damaged my nails. I would get a full acrylic set with gel. They refused to soak of my nails-knowing they use liquid monomer instead of poly resin is why. If you do not have your acrylics soaked off and instead drilled off—this will damage your nails and possibly cause permanent damage. Which is shown in the images below of my nails(did not remove the acrylic all the way)! I also have been put in multiple uncomfortable situations. I will ask for a color and they will completely ignore what has been asked of the customer and do what they want on their own. I’m all for adding your own touch, but when I just want one basic black color and they try to add more…then ask me to pay more. Comes off as deceiving. Another reason is being asked at least 10 t

I’ve visited this location in the past and previously received good service. My pedicure was done thoroughly, and I didn’t have any issues, which is why my husband and I decided to return today for pedicures. While we were greeted promptly and seated quickly, the experience went downhill shortly after. Throughout the entire pedicure, the nail technicians appeared to be constantly talking about other patrons as they walked in—looking over, whispering, laughing, and making comments. At one point, I clearly overheard one of the technicians say “animal.” I’m not certain who that comment was directed toward, but regardless, it was extremely inappropriate and made both of us very uncomfortable.
